About the Position: This is a unique opportunity for an Estate Litigation Lawyer ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work with a high-calibre team across a wide range of contentious estate matters, with the autonomy to manage your own files and the support of senior litigators and dedicated administrative staff. Your caseload will include: Family provision claims and contested wills Executor and trustee disputes Probate and letters of administration challenges Trust disputes and breach of fiduciary duties Representation in the Supreme Court, District Court, and SAT The role involves working closely with related practice areas, including Wills & Estates and Commercial Litigation, offering diverse and interesting matters with a multi-disciplinary approach.
